What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the act of intentionally paying attention to the present moment, accepting what is, without judgment.

The Initiation to Mindfulness Program

This two-session package will give you the chance to work with a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher one-on-one.

In session one (50 minutes) you will get to try three different meditation practices. After each practice you get to talk about your experience and ask any questions you may have.

You will be given guided meditations to download and practice on your own.

We will have one follow up session (30 minutes), within one month of our original session, where you will be able to discuss how your practice has been going and to ask any more questions you have.
